Mr. Ahmed T. AbdulRazaq is the Director of the Contract Compliance Department (CCD) of ICRC. He oversees the Monitoring and Compliance of all Concession agreements in various sectors of the economy including Energy, Ports (wet and dry), Agriculture, Aviation, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Health, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Railways. He also oversees the development of Policies and Regulations to guide the effective and efficient implementation of PPPs in Nigeria. Before his position as Director, Mr. AbdulRazaq was Deputy Director/Head Urban & Energy Infrastructure Unit of the PPP Resource Department (P3RD) of ICRC; Deputy Director/Head Monitoring & Compliance in the CCD from 2016 – 2023 as well as Head Social Infrastructure Unit of P3RD from 2010 – 2016. Mr. AbdulRazaq has extensive experience in project screening, evaluation, appraisal, development, procurement, negotiations, financial review, contract drafting, contract monitoring, contract management, etc; having worked on various sectorial infrastructure projects in roads, highways, rail, marine, aviation, water resources, hydro dams, solar, wind, coal, independent power plants, housing, prisons, court buildings, ICT, agriculture, tourism, social infrastructure among other sectors. AbdulRazaq holds an MBA from the Middlesex University Business School in the United Kingdom (UK) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is a fellow of the Institute of Consulting, a member of the Chartered Management Institute, and the Association of Members of Business Administration, all in the UK
