The Enugu Teaching Hospital Upgrade project is a priority intervention under the Public–Private Partnership (PPP) framework of the Federal Government. The project seeks to rehabilitate and expand existing hospital infrastructure, provide modern medical equipment, and enhance service delivery capacity. Upon completion, the facility will serve as a center of excellence for tertiary healthcare and medical education, strengthening the state’s healthcare system and contributing to improved health outcomes for citizens.
