Overview

The Support Services Department provides the essential administrative, financial, human resource, and technological support that enables the Infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) to function effectively.

It is the backbone of the Commission’s internal operations — ensuring smooth workflows, efficient service delivery, and a conducive work environment for all staff. By managing finance, human resources, procurement, ICT, and general administration, the department ensures that every other unit of the Commission can focus on its mandate.

Mandate of The Office

The department is mandated to:

Manage the Commission’s financial planning, budgeting, and procurement processes.

Oversee human resource development, staff welfare, and capacity building.

Provide ICT infrastructure and digital solutions for efficiency.

Maintain Commission facilities and ensure a safe, productive work environment.

Support inter-departmental operations and special projects.

Core Functions

Finance & Procurement: Managing budgets, accounting, and transparent procurement processes.

Human Resources: Recruitment, training, performance management, and staff welfare.

ICT Services: Developing and maintaining the Commission’s IT systems and digital platforms.
