Office of the Director-General

Provides effective, efficient, and strategic support to the Director-General, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive administrative services. Core responsibilities include legal services, media and communications, external affairs, and procurement.

Issues pre-contract regulatory guidance to Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), maintains the national PPP project database, and supports state authorities in the development and operation of appropriate regulatory frameworks.

Has statutory responsibility for the custody of all concession agreements entered into by the Federal Government and for monitoring compliance with their terms and conditions to ensure proper and effective implementation.

Executive Management Committee (EMC)

The EMC is the Commission’s highest administrative decision-making body, comprising the Director-General, all Directors, and the Head of Legal & Governance.

It convenes periodically to consider key operational and strategic issues and to provide guidance for the effective administration of the Commission.
